CHICKEN LONG RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 cups chicken broth – 3 tbsp. soy sauce – 3 garlic cloves – 2 tbsp. ginger – 1 tsp. sugar – 3-4 chicken thighs – 8 oz. bean thread noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar..  Add chicken and simmer 30 minutes. 2. Cook noodles. Mix with broth and chicken.
