CHICKEN ENCHILADAS WITH CREAM CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups chicken – 8oz. cream cheese – ½ cup sour cream – 2 tsp onion powder – ½ tsp chili powder & cumin – 1 ½ cups shredded cheese – 10 tortillas – 20oz. enchilada sauce

INGREDIENTS

1. Combine all ingredients with one cup of cheese.  2. Spoon onto tortillas and roll. Put in dish with sauce and cheese on top. 3. Bake 350°F for 25 minutes.
