CHICKEN ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 3 cups chicken  – 2 tbsp. oil – ½ cup cottage cheese – ¾ cup sour cream – 2 cups mozzarella – ¼ cup parsley – 1 ½ tsp garlic powder – 1 tbsp. thyme – 2 cups spinach – 1 cup artichokes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix chicken with oil, sour cream, & cottage cheese. Add half cheese  and rest of ingredients. Mix. 2. Put in dish and top with cheese. 3. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
