CHICKEN ALFREDO CROCK POT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 0.75 lb chicken – 2.5 oz. cream cheese – 2 ½ tbsp butter – ½ tsp garlic powder – Salt and pepper – 1 ¾ cup heavy cream – ⅓ cup chicken stock – ½ cup parmesan – 8 oz. pasta

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add chicken, cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, heavy cream, and stock to pot.  2. Cook on high for 2 hours.  3. Shred chicken. Add pasta and cook 35 minutes.
