CHEESY MUSHROOM CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 16 oz baby Bella mushrooms – 16 oz white mushrooms – 4 Tablespoons olive oil – 1 garlic cloves – 1 cup shredded cheese

INGREDIENTS CONTINUED

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme – ½ teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon salt – 2 cups vegetable broth – Fresh parsley, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fry mushrooms  2. Add broth and cook until liquid dissolves 3. Add garlic and seasonings 4. Transfer mushrooms to casserole dish and sprinkle cheese 5. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F
