CHEESY JALAPENO CORN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 6 cups Frozen Corn Kernels – Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped – ¼ cup Butter, softened – 1/2 cup Cream Cheese – 1 cup Monterrey Cheese, shredded – ½ cup Heavy Cream

1. Combine corn, jalapeno peppers, cream butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream in a large bowl 2. Pour corn mix into a baking dish and top with cheese 3. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes
