CHEESY HOMINY CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 3 cups canned hominy, rinsed and drained – 1 cup sour cream – ¼ cup diced jalapeños, canned – 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese – ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to baking dish. 2. Top with parmesan cheese. 3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
