CHEDDAR  MASHED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

– 8 potatoes – 1 stick melted butter – ¼ cup sour cream – 1 clove minced garlic – 1 tsp salt – ½ tsp black pepper – ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil potatoes in water for 25 minutes. Drain water.  2. Mash with  butter, sour cream, and seasonings. 3. Transfer to dish, top with cheese, and broil for 10 minutes.
