CATHEAD BISCUITS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups self-rising flour – 2 tablespoons shortening at room temperature – 1 cup buttermilk – ½ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add flour and salt to a bowl. Mix shortening in until crumbs form. 2. Add buttermilk and mix to form dough. Roll and cut 6 biscuits. 3. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
