CASSEROLE WITH ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups rotisserie chicken – 8oz. can cream of chicken soup – 2 cups cooked rice – ⅓ cup almonds – ⅓ cup mayonnaise – ½ cup sliced celery – ½ cup cornflakes – 2 tbsp melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine chicken, rice, almonds, and celery in a bowl. 2. Add soup and mayo. Mix then transfer to baking dish. 3. Top with cornflakes and butter. Bake at 350F for 30 mins.
