CARROT CASSEROLE

INSTRUCTIONS

– 3 tbsp. Butter – ¼ cup Flour – 2 cups Half and Half  – 2 tbsp. Mustard – 1 tsp. Onion Powder – ½ tsp. Coriander – 3 Carrots – ½ cup Breadcrumbs – 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook butter & flour in skillet. Add other ingredients & cook for 10 minutes. 2. Layer sauce with carrots in dish. Top with cheese & breadcrumbs. 3. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
