INGREDIENTS

Here is everything you need for this recipe: Buldak ramen, Jarlsberg cheese, American cheese, Cream cheese, Heavy cream, Egg yolks, and Water

In a medium pan over low heat, add the cheeses, cream cheese, buldak sauce packet, and egg yolks.Stir until everything comes together into a smooth, cohesive sauce.

STEP 1: BUILD THE CHEESE SAUCE

Once the cheese is melted and the sauce looks smooth, pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.

STEP 2: ADD THE HEAVY CREAM

Place the dry noodles directly on the cheese sauce. Add the water, stir, then cover the pan and cook on medium-low for 5 to 7 minutes until the noodles are tender.

STEP 3: COOK THE NOODLES IN THE SAUCE

Once the noodles are tender and the sauce is thick, glossy, and clinging to every strand, it's ready.

STEP 4: SERVE IMMEDIATELY

VARIATIONS

Buldak comes in several varieties — carbonara, cheese, corn, curry — any of them work in this recipe. The carbonara flavor in particular is incredible with the cheese sauce.

STORAGE TIPS

This dish is best eaten fresh and doesn't store particularly well. If you do have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
