BUFFALO MAC AND CHEESE INGREDIENTS

Combine the chicken cubes with seasonings. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Slowly pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Add the heavy cream and whisk until smooth and thickened.

STEP 7: ADD HEAT & FLAVOR

Stir in the remaining seasoning mix, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, and the cooked chicken. Whisk until well combined.

STEP 8: MELT THE CHEESE

Add about two-thirds of the cheese mixture into the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts completely and the sauce is thick, glossy, and creamy.

STEP 9: ADD THE PASTA

Fold the cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring every piece is coated in the creamy sauce.

STEP 10: BAKE

Transfer the Buffalo mac mixture to a casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
