DOUBLE-STACK BRISKET BURGERS

Juicy and double-stacked perfection with a smokehouse flavor. Swipe to make these burgers!

WHY THIS IS THE BEST RECIPE

This double-stack brisket burger is bold, beefy, and built for flavor. It cooks fast, and you'll finish it off even faster.

INGREDIENTS

–brisket –egg –BBQ seasoning –garlic powder –onion powder –Worcestershire sauce –breadcrumbs –cinnamon – salt & pepper –buns – Toppings of choice

STEP 1: MIX THE PATTIES

In a large bowl, combine the ground brisket with breadcrumbs, egg, BBQ seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.

STEP 2: SHAPE THE BURGERS

Divide the mixture into 8 equal balls. Press each into thin disks about ⅜-inch thick—slightly wider than your buns.

STEP 3: COOK THE BURGERS

Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2 minutes, until the bottoms are browned. Flip and cook for an additional minute..

STEP 4: SERVE WITH TOPPINGS

Serve the hot juicy burgers on buns with any of your favorite toppings. I went with tomato, lettuce, & pickled onions

MY PRO TIPS

– Use brisket blend for extra beefy flavor – Smash hard to get crispy edges – Don’t overcrowd the pan  – Add cheese between the hot patties right after cooking
