– ½ lb. sausage
– ¼ cup red & yellow bell pepper
– ¼ cup chopped onions
– 10oz. hashbrowns
– 6 eggs
– ¼ cup heavy cream
– ¼ cup milk
– 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1. Cook the sausage and veggies.
2. Beat milk and heavy cream. Stir in cheese.
3. Add everything to a baking dish with hash browns. Stir.
4. Bake at 375F for 45 mins.
