INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups all-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon sugar – ½ teaspoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 ½ cups sour cream – 1 egg – ½ cup butter, divided

1. Mix egg, sour cream, and melted butter 2. Add dry ingredients 3. Knead dough and shape into a ball 4. Divide dough and press into greased muffin tray 5. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes
