BIG MAC IN A BOWL

INGREDIENTS

For the Beef: – 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 lb ground beef – ½ tsp garlic powder – ¼ tsp onion powder – 1 tsp salt – ½ tsp black pepper

For the Bowl: – 1 romaine lettuce, thinly sliced – 1 Medium red onion, thinly sliced – 1 large tomato, cubed – ¼ cup pickles, chopped – ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated

INGREDIENTS

For the special sauce: – 1/3 cup mayonnaise – 3 tbsp ketchup – 1 tbsp mustard – 2 tbsp pickle brine – 1 tsp sweet relish – ¼ tsp onion powder – ¼ tsp salt – 1/8 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the ground beef with seasonings on a skillet.  2. Prepare the burger bowl ingredients. 3. Whisk the sauce ingredients together. 4. Assemble the burger bowls and drizzle with sauce.
