BEST POTATO SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 2lb. potatoes – 4 pickles, diced – 1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise – 1 tsp. salt – ½ tsp. black pepper – ½ tsp. celery salt – 1 tsp. mustard – 2 hard-boiled eggs – ¼ cup green onions

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix mayo, celery salt, mustard, salt, and pepper. 2. Mix potatoes, egg, green onion, and pickles. Coat with dressing. 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
