BAKED ZITI RECIPE NO MEAT

INGREDIENTS

– 8 oz. ziti pasta – 12oz. pasta or marinara sauce – 8oz. ricotta cheese or cream cheese – 2 small eggs – 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook pasta.  2. Beat ricotta and eggs in bowl. Add half mozzarella. 3. Layer sauce, pasta, and cheese in dish. 4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
