– 1 lb. shrimp
– 1 lb. lump crabmeat
– ½ cup mayonnaise
– 1 large egg
– 1 tsp. old bay seasoning
– ½ tsp. lemon juice
– 1 tsp. Italian parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel, devein, and butterfly shrimp
2. Make the imperial sauce and add to crabmeat
3. Top each shrimp with crab meat and place on a baking sheet
4. Bake shrimp at 350°F for 15 minutes
