BAKED SPAGHETTI WITH RICOTTA

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb. ground beef – 1 cup  yellow onion, chopped – 2 cloves garlic, minced – Salt and pepper to taste – 2 cups marinara sauce – 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

INGREDIENTS CONT.

– 1lb. pasta noodles – 4 oz. cream cheese, softened – 7 oz. ricotta cheese – 1 cup parmesan, grated – 1 cup provolone, shredded – Fresh basil for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a pan, combine beef, onions, garlic, sauce, and seasoning 2. Cook pasta and add to sauce  3. Layer pasta and cheese  in a casserole dish 4. Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes
