INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup Aunt Jemima yellow cornmeal – 1 cup AP flour – 4 tsp baking powder – 1 egg – 1 cup milk – ¼ cup neutral oil – 3 tbsp granulated sugar – 1 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl 2. Mix in the wet ingredients until smooth 3. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 25 mins at 425F.
