This turkey tenderloin recipe is loaded with flavor and wonderfully easy to make. 2 turkey breast tenderloins

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

3 garlic cloves minced

1/2 tbsp. fresh chopped thyme

1/2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until evenly combined. 
  2. Place the turkey in the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight, to let the flavors infuse.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC).
  4. Put the turkey tenderloin with the marinade in a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
