This sausage green bean potato casserole recipe combines smoked sausage, fresh green beans, and perfectly cooked potatoes to make a satisfying and flavorful side dish. It's the perfect hearty dish to make for any holiday or just a weeknight dinner. And since it takes just 5 minutes to prepare, you'll want to make this easy casserole recipe all the time! 



1 lb. kielbasa sausage or smoked sausage,  sliced 

1/2  lb. small potatoes, washed and quartered 

1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut

1 red onion, quartered

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp. all seasoning

1 tsp. onion powder

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC).
  2. Saute the sausages in a non-stick skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine all the veggies, sliced potatoes, garlic, seasoning, onion powder, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Cover a baking tray with foil and add the veggie mix and sausages. 
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until veggies are tender.
