This quick and easy copycat version of the KFC Famous Bowl will satisfy all your cravings. It’s got fluffy mashed potatoes, crunchy chicken, sweet corn, and melty cheese all topped with gravy. And this KFC bowl recipe takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish!



2 1/2 cups mashed potatoes 

2 cups corn kernels, frozen

10 oz. Tyson popcorn chicken or chicken nuggets (or Tyson’s blackened chicken tenders for a grilled chicken option)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Heinz classic chicken gravy


  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Place the nuggets in an air fryer basket and cook in the air fryer at 390°F (200ºC) for 10 minutes (or bake in the oven according to the package directions).
  3. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package.
  4. Arrange the casserole with the mashed potatoes on the bottom, then corn, chicken, and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until all the cheese has melted.
  6. Transfer the casserole to bowls and top with gravy. Enjoy!
