Easy Biscuit Recipe | No Milk Needed

These no milk biscuits are deliciously flaky, tender, and incredibly easy to make. They're perfect for breakfast or brunch but also make a fantastic side dish for dinner. And the best part is, you only need 5 ingredients and less than 30 minutes to make enough biscuits to feed the whole family!

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups All-Purpose Flour

2 tsp. Baking Powder

½ tsp. Salt

½ cup Vegetable Oil

¾ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 410ºF (210°C).
  2. Sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and water and mix everything with a rubber spatula. Once it separates from the bowl and a dough forms, transfer it to a floured working surface.
  4. Roll the dough until it's a little over ½ inch thick.
  5. Cut out about 7 biscuits using a round 2-3 inch cutter.
  6. Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for around 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. If air frying, preheat your air fryer to 385°F (195°C). Line air fryer basket with parchment paper and lay biscuits in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping biscuits halfway through. 
  8. Once they're done, let them cool and serve with your favorite toppings.
