This Cheesecake Factory Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta is so good that you won't believe it's not from the restaurant! A delicious spicy chipotle cream sauce combines chicken and veggies into an entrée that will keep you wanting more. The best part is everything cooks in one pan and you can have this mouth-watering dish done in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

8-10 Asparagus spears

17oz. (500g) Penne Pasta

2 Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

½ onion, chopped

½ yellow pepper, chopped

1 garlic clove, chopped

¼ cup Lemon Juice

¼ cup Honey

1 cup Heavy Cream

2 tbsp. Canned Adobo Peppers

2 cups Frozen Peas

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add the asparagus. Boil for 5 minutes, or until bright green and reserve.
  2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet to medium-high and add the olive oil. Once it’s hot add the chopped onion, garlic, yellow pepper, and cook until the onion starts to get translucent.
  5. Add the chicken and cook until it’s brown on every side.
  6. Add the lemon juice, honey, heavy cream, canned adobo peppers and frozen peas.
  7. Cook for 5 more minutes and add the pasta. Stir to combine.
  8. Serve the pasta with asparagus and parmesan cheese.
