This blove sauce has a blend of spices and seasoning that creates a flavor like no other. It tastes incredible with seafood but is actually great on various different things!

Seasoning Mix (1 Tbsp of each): garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, oregano, lemon pepper, chili powder, Cajun spice mix, and Old Bay seasoning

2-3 Garlic bulbs

¼ Onion

4 Sticks Unsalted Butter, Cubed

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Pinch of Salt

1 Cup Chicken Broth

Optional for an added spice:

1 Tbsp, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce

2 Tbsp. Ginger

Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  1. Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a mixing bowl. Set it aside.
  2. Blend garlic and onion for 20-30 seconds or until the garlic and onion turn into small chunks. Set it aside.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  4. Add garlic and onion chunks to the skillet. Turn the heat to medium, and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  5. Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock, salt, the optional crushed red pepper flakes, tabasco sauce, ginger, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
  6. Add the seasoning mix that you set aside earlier and bring everything to a boil. Stir occasionally until the mixture is well combined.
  7. Remove from heat, and let the sauce cool down. Serve and enjoy!
