INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHICKEN
– Chicken breasts
– Italian dressing
– Avocado oil
– Butter
– Cremini mushrooms
– Yellow onion
– Water
– Black pepper
– Onion powder

Pierce the chicken breasts 10–15 times per side with a fork or tenderizer. Place in a dish or resealable bag and coat with Italian dressing. Marinate at least 2 hours.
