In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and cook.Stir in the seasonings and cook another minute. Pour in broth and simmer until slightly thickened.

STEP 5: FINISH AND SERVE

Stir in lemon juice and a splash of water. Place peeled eggs in a serving bowl, pour sauce over, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm with bread or rice.
