WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

This no-knead rosemary garlic bread is bakery-worthy — but way easier. Just mix, rise, and bake for golden perfection.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BREAD

– Bread flour – Lukewarm water – Instant yeast – Sea salt – Minced fresh garlic – Chopped fresh rosemary – Olive oil

STEP 1: MIX THE DOUGH

Combine flour, yeast, salt, garlic, and chopped rosemary. Add warm water and mix until shaggy and sticky.

STEP 2: LET IT RISE

Cover and let the dough rise for 12–18 hours at room temp. It’ll bubble up and double in size.

STEP 3: SHAPE THE LOAF

Dust the bread with flour, shape into a round loaf, and let it rest again for 30–60 minutes.

STEP 4: BAKE TO PERFECTION

Bake a 450°F oven  covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 10–15 more until deep golden brown.

STEP 5: SLICE AND SERVE

Finally, slice the loaf and serve while it's still warm. Serve with oil for dipping!

PRO TIPS

– Use fresh rosemary for the best flavor and aroma – Let the dough rise overnight for better texture and depth – Cool the bread before slicing to keep it fluffy inside
