WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE 

This mushroom Swiss burger is rich, savory, and incredibly easy to make at home. Melty cheese, golden mushrooms, juicy beef — it hits every time.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BURGERS

-Ground beef -Swiss cheese -Mushrooms -Butter -Worcestershire sauce -Burger buns -Onion, garlic, oil, salt & pepper

STEP 1: COOK THE MUSHROOMS

Cook sliced mushrooms in butter with onion, garlic, and a splash of Worcestershire. Let them get golden and rich.

STEP 2: MAKE THE PATTIES 

Mix the beef with the seasonings and sauce. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

STEP 3: COOK THE  BURGERS 

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side. During the last 2 minutes, top each with a slice of Swiss.

STEP 4: STACK AND SERVE

Put the burgers on toasted buns, pile high with warm mushrooms, and add any extra toppings you want. Dig in and enjoy!

PRO TIPS

– Use cremini or baby bella mushrooms for best flavor – Don’t overcrowd the pan – Let the patties rest for 2–3 minutes before assembling
