CROCK-POT FROZEN CHICKEN

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE 

Forgot to thaw? No problem. Just drop frozen chicken into the crock pot and come back hours later to dinner!

INGREDIENTS

– 2 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts – 1 tbsp. butter thinly sliced – ½ tsp. salt – ½ tsp. poultry seasoning – ¼ tsp. black pepper

STEP 1: ADD CHICKEN TO CROCKPOT 

Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot with the butter. Sprinkle seasonings on top.

STEP 2: COOK THE CHICKEN 

Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on high heat for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked to 165°F.

STEP 3: SHRED AND SERVE

Once cooked, shred the chicken or serve whole. Perfect for tacos, salads, soups, or meal prep!

– Stir halfway through cooking – Check on the chicken halfway through cooking – Use thicker cuts to avoid overcooking
